WHOLESALE

Please be ready to provide the Resaler License #, business name, address and website.

 

SAMPLES

We do not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge. However, many of our products are available for purchase in single quantities. Sample orders are exempt from our minimum order requirement.

 

SHIPPING

If your order is damaged en route, please keep all packaging materials until the carrier inspects the shipment. This will ensure a full refund on damaged items.

 

OPENING AN ACCOUNT

To open an account, proof of business and professional status as well as signed Terms and Conditions are required. Each order request will be reviewed on an individual basis. Puriya reserves the right to select and limit the clients to distribute to.

 

MINIMUM OPENING ORDER

Minimum purchase quantity for opening orders is 6 units.

 

MINIMUM RE-ORDER

There is no required dollar amount on re-orders, however the order must include a quantity of at least 6 units.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES AND BACK ORDERS

Most orders will be received within 7 to 14 business days once Puriya receives payment. We make every effort to have the product you need in stock.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All orders may be paid by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal or JCB.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Puriya requires payment upon shipping.

 

SHIPPING SERVICES

All orders are shipped by USPS, whichever one is most cost effective. Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and will be added to the invoice.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and immediately notify Puriya. USPS will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. Puriya will immediately send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate the client.

 

RETURNS

Puriya accepts returns of damaged or defective products. Contact us immediately if product is damaged or defective. Approved returns of damaged products must be processed within 30 days of receipt of order. The full value of the product will then be credited to the client’s account.

Returns on expired products are not accepted. Products have a minimum 1-year shelf life.

 

PRICE CHANGES

We make every effort to inform our clients prior to making any price changes. However, due to frequent increases in raw ingredients’ and packaging pricing, prices are subject to change without notice.

Puriya products cannot be sold for less than the suggested retail price, without written authorization. Please see Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.

MAP Policy

Wholesaler shall not promote, market, advertise, offer to sell or sell any product on or through Amazon.com.

 

Puriya’s MAP Policy Guidelines for Puriya Products

MAP pricing for all Puriya products can be found on your current price list. All advertised prices must be at or above MAP for all Puriya products if a MAP price has been established by Puriya. Wholesalers are not required to list prices in advertising. If a price is listed in an advertisement it must be at or above MAP. Other statements such as “call for price” or “call for quote” are acceptable and permitted.

Wholesalers are also responsible for ensuring their mount pricing is at or above MAP on internet search engines. Wholesalers are free to set the actual resale price of any product as long as it is at or above MAP price given the most recent publication of the price list. Puriya’s MAP policy for all Puriya products apply to advertising placements, including but not limited to: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, etc.), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail, faxes, internet placement with third parties (banner ads, broadcast emails, destination pages, third-party sites), internet placements on wholesalers own website, and any flyers, posters or coupons.

 

Failure to Comply with the MAP Policy

At the sole discretion of Puriya, failure to comply with MAP, intentional and/or repeated failure to abide, may result in the immediate loss of Authorized Wholesaler status and your ability to purchase all Puriya products both direct as well as through distribution.
