Are all Puriya products natural?
We have searched far and wide to find the best plant-based solutions. Nearly all our ingredients are plant-based.
Are Puriya products made in the USA?
All Puriya products are proudly made in the USA with ingredients from domestic and global sources.
Where can I buy Puriya products?
You can purchase our products on www.puriya.com, www.amazon.com, www.iherb.com, and www.walmart.com. We are adding more channels.
Can Puriya products be used on an infant?
We don't recommend using our products on infants. Our Free to Be Active Antifungal Balm is recommended for children age 2 and older, and for teenagers and adults. Our other products are recommended for children age 5 and older, teenagers, and adults.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
We don’t recommend using our products during pregnancy. We recommend consulting a physician before using any topical products while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I use your products on my dog?
Our products are not tested on animals and they are not formulated for dogs or other pets. We recommend checking with your vet before using any products that are not specifically designed for dogs or other animals.
How long until I should expect results?
Some customers have reported satisfactory results in just a day or two, while others needed a couple of weeks to a month to achieve their desired results. We suggest that you try our products for at least 2 to 3 weeks to determine their overall effectiveness for you. We also recommend testing any product on a small patch of skin for potential allergic reactions before applying it to a larger area.
Do your products contain fragrance or perfume?
We do not use any synthetic fragrance. We used only pure essential oils and plant extracts.
Are your products tested?
Our topical products are tested for microbial content and with the HRIPT test (Human Repeated Insult Patch Test), a 6-week product trial that checks for potential irritation or sensitization. Our supplements are tested for microbial and heavy metal content.

How does your guarantee work?
We offer an unconditional, no-questions-asked guarantee for 6 months on all our products. Just provide your name, order ID, and date of purchase.
How do I get a refund?
If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, you may request a refund by emailing service@puriya.com. It can take up to 3 business days for the refund to be credited to your payment card.

Shipping FAQs

Does Puriya ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally except for these countries: Lithuania, Bonaire, and Saint Eustatius.
What is Puriya’s shipping policy?
Our orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days in most cases. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total before you complete the check-out process. We reserve the right to choose the carrier to be used for any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
How does free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 that are shipped to addresses in the United States.

How much discount will I get if I sign-up to Subscribe & Save?
You will get a 10% discount for single products or a 15% discount for product bundles.
How often will I receive my product subscription?
By default, products under Subscribe & Save are scheduled to ship every 30, 60, or 90 days.
How can I cancel or edit my Subscribe & Save subscription?
You may log into your account and edit or cancel your subscription any time. You may also send us an email to service@puriya.com and we will gladly make any adjustments for you.

We do not test our products on animals, but our products are not cruelty-free certified.
Do these products contain fragrance?
We do not use any synthetic fragrance. For scents, we use only pure essential oils and plant extracts.
Do your products contain parabens or other harsh preservatives?
No. Our products are formulated without harsh chemicals such as parabens or 1,2-hexanediol.
Are your ingredient sources sustainable?
Yes, always. We invest a lot of time and effort to find the highest quality sustainable source for every ingredient.
