Avocado Oil
Ingredient Name: Avocado Oil (Persea americana)
What is it? Avocado oil is derived from the fruit of the avocado plant and is rich in fatty acids, including oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid, and nutrients, such as beta-carotene and vitamins A, D, and E. Studies suggest that this oil may help speed wound healing, decrease inflammation, and gently hydrate the skin.*
