Affiliate Agreement

THIS SERVES AS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PURIYA. (PURIYA.COM)

THE SUBMISSION OF THE ONLINE APPLICATION IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE AGREEMENT’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HAVE AGREED TO BE SOLELY AND LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TERMS AND CONDITION AS STATED HEREIN THIS AGREEMENT.

A. OVERVIEW

The complete terms and conditions of becoming a member of Puriya.com’s Affiliate Program are located in this Agreement. The purpose of which is to have each and every term and condition known to the applying affiliate in order to ensure compliance from the applying affiliate. In this Agreement, “you”, “your”, “yours”, “applicant” and  “affiliate” all refer to the affiliate, and “we”, “us”, “our”, “Puriya” “Puriya’s” and “Puriya.com” all refer to the Puriya.com.

B. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

In order to apply for Puriya’s Affiliate Program, the applicant must submit a completed application form, which can be found here. The applicant must be ready to provide the necessary information requested by Puriya. Upon submission, the application form is subject for approval from Puriya. Puriya reserves the right to select their affiliates for the Affiliate Program.

C. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

In the event of non-compliance to any terms and/or conditions stated in this agreement or for ANY REASON, Puriya reserves the right to revoke the membership of the affiliate. In addition, the affiliate must not perform any forbidden action provided in this agreement.

The forbidden actions are the following:

Social Media Posts: The affiliate must not advertise publicly on any social media account such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and among others. If applicable, the affiliate is only allowed to use the private message feature of social media applications in order to ONLY inform their family members and social circle of their affiliate link.

Own Purchases: The affiliate must not and will not use their own affiliate link for their own purchases in order to gain a commission.

Paid Advertisement: The affiliate is not allowed to post advertisements of any kind to promote their affiliate link.

Website Posts and Ads: The affiliate should not advertise their affiliation and affiliate link to their website (if applicable) and any other platform that is accessible by the public.

Secondary Advertisement: The affiliate should not directly or indirectly encourage, convince, or request other people to advertise the affiliate link of the affiliate. Affiliate links should ONLY be shared to family members and the social circle of the affiliate. The affiliate link must only be shared privately wherein the public has no access to.

D. PURIYA.COM RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

We have the right to monitor your social media profiles and websites to determine if all terms and conditions are being followed and receive compliance from the affiliate.

We have the right to terminate the agreement with the affiliate for ANY REASON with no prior notice that Puriya deems appropriate for termination.

We have the right to withhold any pending payments from the affiliate if they have undergone any actions that may be grounds for termination or show non-compliance.

E. MODIFICATION

Puriya may modify this agreement at our sole discretion and the affiliate will be provided a written notice informing of any and all changes made within the agreement. Samples of possible modification include, but are not limited to, changes to the rules provided in this Agreement and changes to the payment procedure and schedule.

In the event, the affiliate does not agree to any modification, the affiliate is free to end this Agreement as this is the only option made available to you. Continued participation to Puriya’s Affiliate Program serves as the affiliate’s agreement to the modifications.

F. PAYMENT

The affiliate will make a _% commission for every purchase made by any member of the affiliate’s family and social circle through the affiliate link. Payments will be made at the end of every month and are distributed through PayPal.

G. AFFILIATE ACCOUNT

Upon approval, the affiliate will have access to an affiliate account hosted on Refersion.com. From there, the affiliate can access their affiliate dashboard where they can track the purchases made under their affiliate link.

H. FULFILLMENT AND POLICY

Puriya.com is solely responsible for fulfilling shipment of all orders made by purchases associated with the affiliate link of the affiliate. The same shipping policies applied to the existing customers of Puriya will be applied to those who purchase products from the affiliate’s.

Puriya accepts returns of damaged or defective products. Contact us immediately if product is damaged or defective. Approved returns of damaged products must be processed within 30 days of receipt of order. The full value of the product will then be credited to the client’s account. Returns on expired products are not accepted. Products have a minimum 1-year shelf life.
